farmers who were interested in promoting sustainable agriculture and improving the
economic prospects of small-scale farmers in the region. The company focuses on

Pavitramenthe has been certified for the past 8 years as Organic as well as Fair for
Life producer of essential oil, herbs, spices, grains, pulses etc. Pavitramenthe is also a
Regenerative certified organization.
Pavitramenthe family consist of approx. 50 women who help in picking, sorting, and
sieving the grain, additionally, a total of 44-member professional staff team in which
5 are women and 39 are male.
Pavitramenthe comprise of approx. 2500 farmers in which approx. 2000 are organic
and it is divided in seven group as Pavitramenthe Fair Organic Farmer’s Group 1,
Pavitramenthe Fair Organic Farmer’s Group 2, Pavitramenthe Fair Organic Farmer’s .
